Steve Rupik set up Arrow Removals Ltd back in 1997 after working and training with Caudles removal company, a well-known name in Sheffield. Starting with a Transit Luton bought from Auto Trader and a great attitude to customer service and hard work, Steve worked tirelessly - and within two years had studied for his National Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage. Three exams passed and he was able to obtain an HGV operator's licence.
From then on, the company has gone from strength to strength, with Steve's son joining from the age of 10 - sweeping and cleaning the trucks - and now as a partner in Arrow Removals Ltd.
